The Sutton ADU Ventura guarantee is the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if any element of the completed work isn’t right within one full calendar year from project completion, we make it right. No fine print games. No trying to convince you the crooked corner is “within tolerance.” You call, we schedule, we fix it. What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every element of the build. Framing, drywall, flashing, trim, hardware installation, finish carpentry, and every other trade we touch falls under the 365-Day Done Right Promise.
- Parts and materials we install. If a component fails because we installed it wrong, we handle the repair or replacement without charging you for the correction.
- Cleanup and site care. We leave your lot clean at the end of each phase and at final walkthrough. If we miss something, say the word and we send a crew back.
- On-time arrival for every scheduled visit. Our field teams show up when they’re supposed to. You get the name and photo of the person coming before they knock on your door.
- Honest pricing from the first conversation. The written price you approve before any work starts is the price you pay. No scope creep silently added to the invoice.
- Product guidance you can act on. We work with Abodu, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Plant Prefab, Boxabl, and Cover, plus James Hardie cladding and Tuff Shed conversions, so you get straight answers about what fits your lot and your budget.

We send one of our background-checked, uniformed, photo-badged technicians to look at it, and that second visit is free. No haggling. No deductible. If it turns out to be something outside our scope, like a manufacturer defect on a prefab module, we help you navigate the manufacturer’s process because we’ve installed enough of those systems to know exactly who to call and what to say. Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company standing behind it.
